We have just started this attic conversion in a mid terrace house in Skewen, in the this attic conversion we will be complying to building regulation and drawings that were done by our in house architect. 

The work involved will compromise of the following - -Converting the attic into a bedroom -Installing the correct stairs as per building regulations -Dividing the store / ironing room in to two for the stairs of the attic and storage and also building a shared bathroom / En-suite -Installing fire doors throughout property. -All this work and more will be carried out at the property.
