Design and Build of a house extension

This is one of our latest Design and Build projects in West Cross Swansea, completed on time and on budget.

In this build we are constructing a single story Exstension with a vaulted roof and velux windows, this will create a open-plan kitchen / diner.
We are also constructing a ground floor utility room and shower room within the existing floor plan.
The external building work on this build includes the construction of a terrace / patio area due to the customer being a keen gardener and likes spending most of there time outdoors.
