In this project the property is on a substantial plot there are plenty of options available to create the perfect family home, with council approved planning / drawings and building regulations supplied by our in house architect, we will be maximising the full potential of the property for our customer and they will see there dream home become reality. 

The work Involved will comprise of the following:

• Build the extension with Bi-fold doors and install a new roof with velux windows throughout property
• Install new central heating system / Combi boiler - Install a complete new kitchen / diner in extension off plan
• Install a complete new bathroom in extension off plan
• Refurbishment of existing En suite
• Change existing layout of building installing walk in wardrobes, utility room, and re arrange bedroom layouts
• Block up garage and install Upvc door for possible gym / office at later date
• Remove existing front garden and create a sweeping drive with lighting then install new resin driveway and paths surrounding property
• Paint and Render property externally with fine down finish and coin stones
• New Upvc front door and build steps for porch area
